zhenyus 4a4ac0c304 feat(devsvc): add RabbitMQ and logging configuration in values.prod.yaml ... - Introduced RabbitMQ connection settings including host, port, username, password, and virtual host. - Added logging configuration with a specified log base path. - Set default Git and Docker registry credentials for the production environment.
